BOXING FITNESS (ALL LEVELS)
We do everything fighters do to get in top shape. This includes hitting the heavybag, jumping rope, circuit training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) and more. Our classes use boxing conditioning to help you get in the best shape possible while learning correct technique.
This class is perfect for someone new to boxing or those wanting to brush-up on fundamentals. Beginner Boxing delivers an effective workout, but we take things down a notch to help you learn the basics of boxing technique and conditioning.
PRIVATE & SMALL GROUP TRAINING (by appointment only)
Work one-on-one with a certified coach to meet your individual needs and goals. All of our coaches are certified and have years of boxing, fitness, and teaching experience. Partner & small group training is also available by request.

Our youth program focuses on developing well-rounded children as athletes and members of their families and communities. We offer affordable classes during the weekday evenings and on Saturday.
Tiny Tots Box (NEW!)
Ages 4-6. Tiny Tots is a 30-minute class for little ones to learn the science of boxing in a fun, safe environment, challenge their minds, and make new friends.
Class sizes are kept small to give each child enough individual instruction. Check our schedule for current classes.
Youth Boxing (all levels)
This mixed-level class focuses on developing students' boxing skills and physical fitness. Donté's original and educational approach to teaching is what makes this class popular with kids and loved by families.
Youth Beginner Class
Youth Beginner is ideal for individuals who have little to no experience boxing or exercising. They will safely learn the fundamentals, including punches, how to hit the heavybag, drills, and more. This educational class will help your child acquire a new skill and tap into his or her inner athlete.
Youth Confidence Workshop
We want your child be his or her best self, which starts with confidence. Using boxing as a uniting force, our confidence-building workshop helps youth develop a stronger belief in their abilities. We create community through an inclusive and supportive environment, and prepare students to be role models in their schools, families, and communities.
Youth Private Training
•1-on-1 attention during training

The philosophy of our gym is all about learning, improving, and providing high-quality instruction for our members. Even those who come to our gym for fitness reasons will learn how to do things correctly in order to prevent injury. We promise to teach you real boxing; your hard work gets you real results.
You must arrive at least 10 minutes early to have your hands wrapped, cover a few basics, and learn heavybag safety instructions before class begins. For safety reasons, we can't allow you to take class if you don't arrive early. Handwraps protect your hands and are required for all classes! You can buy a pair at the desk when you arrive.
If you're unable to make a class or session, please remember to cancel at least 12 hours in advance so that you don't lose your class (also applies to promo/complimentary classes & sessions). Thank you for understanding that we can't make exceptions to this policy.
Class packages & private training sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Equipment and merchandise are non-refundable.
IS BOXING RIGHT FOR ME? WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Boxing is a great way to lose weight, tone, improve your overall physical fitness level, relieve stress, and of course, learn the sweet science. As students learn and progress in classes, they find that boxing helps them foster confidence and respect for themselves and their bodies.
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO TAKE A CLASS?
No! Our classes are for individuals of all fitness and skill levels. We offer ongoing beginner classes for adults and youth.
CAN I BURN 1000 CALORIES IN A CLASS?
How many calories you burn depends on many variables including gender, height, weight, age, muscle mass, etc. The intensity of our workouts will help you expend high amounts of energy to tone-up and lose weight.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING/WEAR?
All you need for classes are handwraps, which you can buy at the gym. We also offer complimentary loaner gloves, but feel free to bring your own. We also have bottled water and select sports drinks available for purchase. Wear comfortable workout attire, as you will be moving around a lot during class.
